KOI NO YOKAN / BUFFALO
Recently we have been involved with a regeneration of an Iconic Cardiff Bar; which is now a combined Japanese Restaurant and Bar hotspot for Cardiff.
We were approached by a local already successful bar owner to be involved in bringing all life-preserving / security systems up to date and compliant for opening. This project is something we were keen to be a part of, as it’s a local business and being such a prestigious project with great local history.
THE PROJECT
The Fire Alarm needed some additional detection installed and a full service, and the Intruder Alarm System needed servicing and a Full Health check; to ensure full working order and that the building/staff, public and patrons will be fully protected.
The CCTV required fully upgrading, this is a really important system when opening a bar/ restaurant that needs to be fully compliant with licensing regulations. It is also essential for the safety of the public, staff and building. We replaced all the Cameras to 5MP Dahua, using the industry’s leading products; some re-cabling was required as the existing was not sufficient and different areas needed coverage. The building is now up to standard and compliant in all areas.
